By accessing and using Zozu, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

Zozu provides users with weather forecasting and sports planning tools. The data is provided for informational purposes only. You understand and agree that the service is provided "AS-IS" and that Zozu assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

3. Weather Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide the most accurate weather forecasts and "best sport moment" recommendations possible, weather is inherently unpredictable. Zozu is not liable for any incidents, injuries, or damages that occur while engaging in outdoor sports, regardless of the forecast or recommendation provided by our application. Always use personal judgment and observe local conditions.

4. Modifications to Service

Zozu reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
